new PATIENTS
Consultation fee is $50. This fee is non-refundable and does not go toward the cost of services.
DEPOSITS
Appointments for procedures require a $100 deposit which is applied to the total cost of the service received. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit.
