new PATIENTS
THE Consultation fee is $100 WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO THE COST OF YOUR FIRST SERVICE. This fee is non-refundable.
DEPOSITS
Appointments for procedures require a $100 deposit which is applied to the total cost of the service received. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit.
